We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request an exchange for the same item. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at sales@pmsporsza.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order and provide proof of the defect or damage.

Certain items cannot be exchanged due to hygiene, safety, or custom order restrictions.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item, please ensure it meets the following criteria:

Shipping for Exchanges
You are responsible for shipping/delivery costs when returning an item for exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
